Cellular Data on Ipad Pro 11”

I have 256gb Cellular Ipad PRO. Working fine then about 2 week ago, my SIM card is not being recognized. Even when the SIM tray is removed, the deviced does not say NO SIM CARD. And when I go to Cellular Data, there no options to turn on or turn off cellular data. The usual options there does not show anymore. I have checked my SIM and it is working fine on other devices. Anyone encountered this kind of problem? Appreciate the help, thanks.
