Unable to change calorie goals on Apple Watch

I’ve tried recommended steps to resolve this such as pressing the screen firmly but it doesn’t work. I’ve even powered off the watch and restarted it but still nothing. I really don’t want to restore the watch to its factory settings as I’ll lose all the data so any help on this would be greatly appreciated!i

How to reset workout goal to "Open"? My Apple Watch insists on a 4,000 calorie goal for my outdoor walk. How do I change back to "open" goal? I tried deleting the outdoor walk and then re-adding it, but it still comes back with the calorie goal. I also force rebooted. Again, no effect. I aldd as I tried setting calories to zero. Again, no effect. This is really annoying. The same question was asked 4 years ago, I see, and no one knew the answer.

Unable to reset fitness calibration data My calories aren’t being counted correctly. I have tried everything- restarting unpairing, it is also connected to motion and fitness, starting up as a new watch ect. I have read to reset fitness calibration data- however when I click this button it does not do anything at all?? I have a series 3 watch and it is about a week old. it is very frustrating.

My watch doesn’t show change goals option I would like to lower my calories for my activity ring on my Apple Watch, but when I slide down I don’t show the option to change goals (per online instructions) I have the older version watch If anyone can advise how would greatly appreciate

Try a reset by pressing in the crown and side button until you see the Apple logo, then release both. You will not lose any data.

While the exercise and stand goals can't be changed, you can adjust your calorie goal whenever you'd like.

Launch the Activity app from your Apple Watch's Home screen.
Press firmly on the screen.
Tap on Change Move Goal.
Adjust your goal using the - and + buttons.
Tap Update.

That doesn’t work. Nothing happens when I press down on the screen with the activity app
