How do I get pictures/videos that I have saved in the iCloud?
I used a photo stick to download my photos and then deleted the files. Now when I try to view the videos I can't use on Quicklaunch. I went into iCloud to view them and don't see them?
I faithfully updated my items so this would not happen.
Please advise me,

To my understanding you've copied the photos you had in your Photos app into a thumb drive and then proceeded to delete them from the Photos app.
If that's the case you've deleted your photos on iCloud as well, as the Photos app is directly connected to your iCloud account.
That's why you don't see them when you go to the iCloud website.
