I am trying to add another email address on my IPad Air 2. I have this email on another computer. I complete all the process. After is is”verifying” it comes back with a response that this email address is currently unavailable. What now? I’m not sure why this is happening.

I tried that but I get the same response, “email address is currently unavailable” but thank you for the suggestion.
Are you adding the email account in Settings > Accounts & Passwords?
Yes. I get all the way to the end of the application. After the final step is when I get the message. Thank you for your input though.
What type of email account are you trying to enter? As in Yahoo, Gmail, etc.
Gmail and her address is a gmail address.

Have you tried a hard reset of your iPad by holding down both the Home and sleep/wake buttons simultaneously until your iPad goes to black and restarts with Apple logo, then release the buttons?
