Stuck on verifying update

At First my phone like my Cellular data said error and then I tried to update it to fix it and then it said five hours remaining and said verifying update and it’s been stuck on it for about seven hours and it says no service

My phone has said "No service" for the past 48 hours I also am having this trouble. My phone has said "No service" for the past 48 hours. It says I must update my phone in order to get service. When I try to update, it gets stuck on "Verifying Update". It was stuck on Verifying update for 10 hours yesterday before I reset it. Now when I try to update it, it says "Unable to verify update" and that it failed verification because I am no longer connected to the internet. I have been on my wifi and my wifi always works great. My phone is still connected to the wifi and yet it still is unable to verify due to no internet? Something is wrong. I have already gone to General>storage>and deleted the update to try again. I have done that about 3 times already.

Woke up this morning...iPhone 7 said No Service...worked fine last night. Did a ton of resets, and tried to download 14.5.1. 14.5.1 won't install "Unable to Verify Update". WiFi seems to work, but no Cellular. Nothing corrects the problem. ?? Actually, Settings>Cellular page is blank. WiFi works, but will not support verification of 14.5.1 update. Weird. Nothing related to Cellular works. Only message is "No Service". Did Hard Reset. Did "Reset Network Settings" Any other thoughts?

Which new update are you referring to?

iOS Update? Which Version? Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Carrier Update? Contact Carrier. Update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
App Update? Which App? Contact App Developer? How to contact an app developer - Apple Support
