Why a download now says it can’t play because “not available in your country or region “

It is likely that the copyright owner has decided to remove the track from Apple Music. Once a track has been removed, it will no longer be playable.

Is the track available on another album to download?

Nonsense! I can play all my music on my MacBook, but not on my iphone or ipad. I own this music and I used to be able to play it. I don't want to subscribe to Apple Music. Nor will I be able to access icloud when traveling internationally later this week. How can I get my music physically on my iphone?
