I don’t have a computer to reset my phone how else can I do this?

If the phone is disabled you will have to connect it to a computer's iTunes : If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

Does a family member or friend have a computer ? Is there an Apple Store or authorised repairer nearby ?
