How to connect iPad to an external USB WiFi adapter?

Hi. My iPad 4's WiFi hardware is completely dead. It is unable to connect to any WiFi SSID it detects. It is always displaying "Incorrect Password for" or "Unable to join the netword". I am seeking a 2nd alternative to connect to the internet. I already have a USB WiFi adapter that can work with Windows. But for ios I am not sure. I'd like to know if it is possible to use the iPad 4's Lightning to connect to some external device(s) that allow it to connect to the Internet. I saw on eBay there is the Lightning to USB Femail OTG adapter. https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Lightning-to-3-5mm-Male-to-USB-Female-OTG-Adapter-Cable-for-iPhone-6-6s-Plus-7/383004062815?hash=item592cd2345f:g:vGcAAOSwMM1c6ORc

Can I use this kind of adapter to connect a USB WiFi adapter? Or is there any other ways to do it? Thanks.

It's about a 99.99999999% chance what you're hoping to do won't work.

Give everything you've tried, it's time to schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation and options. Given your iPad is forever locked on iOS 10.3.3 (10.3.4 if you have a cellular version), and with iPadOS 13 coming soon, your iPad is now unsupported and it's age is holding it back.
