Delete old email ID in order to access Apps purchased prior.

Unable to access Apps purchased under an earlier ID/email.


Have changed this - but unable to access those earlier purchases.


How do I delete the earlier email and access those Apps previously purchased?

All downloads are permanently tied to the account that downloaded them, if you have created a new account and want to link your past purchases to it you will have to delete them and buy them on it. Or you continue to use both accounts via Family Share : Family Sharing - Apple Support
