Apple Username

My phone has been asking me to enter in a password for one of my old Apple ID. It keeps appearing so I kept pressing “not now” but the last time I pressed “settings” so it pulled up my info. It asked me to log in to my recent Apple ID so I did but now all my music is gone & I’m assuming it linked the music with my old ID because it has that music now. How can I get my old music back? I’ve tried logging out of my account & logging back in but no luck.

If you purchased the music using your old Apple ID, those purchases are tied to the other ID and can't be transferred. One option is to delete the apps/purchases made by the other ID and download them using the new ID if desired. If necessary, check your purchases history to see which apps/purchases weren’t made by the current ID.
