My Hulu subscription was working last night, but is not working today. I have confirmed my subscription status for Hulu Plus in paid and active in Apple. I tried rebooting and restarting devices, but that has not helped. Same error message appears on iPhone and on Apple TV.

Logging in on hulu.com and canceling the subscription there fixed the issue for me. After that error disappeared and I resubscribed via iTunes billing in the “Mange Subscription” section on the App Store.

Seems Hulu has acknowledged the issue may be theirs to resolve back in May of this year.
Thanks SravanKra, but I already ready all of the Hulu articles. This seems to be a technical glitch between Hulu and Apple. Hulu sent me a confirmation last night that I was upgraded to Hulu Plus, and I could watch shows without ads. Today, the system gives an error code on both iPhone 7 and Apple TV. Error code is P-EDU125.
