Google tv movie downloads

Getting the following error

coremediaerrordomain error-12640 not allowing me to download movie. Also can’t download prime video purchases.

Need help please

Thought about that but can’t do anything with google tv, prime video or youtube. IOS is the common denominator. Thank you for your input Phil.
