I am unable to download apps, update apps, or do anything at all in the AppStore because it says my account is disabled. I don’t know if this has something to do with me canceling my card that was on the account but it will not let me add a new one. Anyone had this problem before?

Apple ID disabled - Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes

Contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.  You may need to pick a problem that is slightly different than yours to get a chat option.
