How can I recover my contact to my new mobile

Transfer content from an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to a new device
If the contacts were synced to iCloud, sign into Settings/Your Name/iCloud using the same Apple ID, and turn Contacts syncing on.
If syncing to iCloud, try iCloud.com/Settings using a computer browser and go to Advanced at the bottom left. Access Restore Contacts.
