unable to unlock i phone 6 in itunes

the phone has recently reieved a new screen and i could not remember the screen unlock code ,after many attempts the phone is locked and i need to unlock it in itunes but it is not recognised on this account as one of the devices , perhaps i had another apple account 4yrs ago when i had the phone form new ,,how do i unlock the phone please
