my iPhone XS has had a resent problem with the cellular data. it says It needs to be updated but every thing is up to date I have done everything even reset my iPhone to factory settings. but now its stuck because it needs a update with the carrier and I don't know what to do

Plug your iPhone into your iTunes computer using a USB cord and once iTunes opens select "check for update" and that should update the carrier settings.
