How to save edited iPhone photos to computer
How would I save edited iPhone photos to computer without separate AAE files? This makes sharing edited photos from computer impossible and very annoying! Thank you!

In case of higher than a handful of photos, having to email them would be a big task, let alone unnecessary!
Does this have anything to do with the type of app used to edit the photo or format saved? Seems like the photos I used Snapseed to edit, have the AAE files.
Enable the iCloud Photo Library on your Mac.
all of your photos will sync to your Mac.
They will be the same as on your phone.
with the edits in a sidecar file. Much easier to export from the Mac.
yiu could also save the edited file on your phone to the files app.

You should be able to share it by email and it will be the final edited JPEG.
If you are syncing the photo library to your Mac, you can export them in bulk from the Mac's Photos app.
From the Photos app, File > Export > Export xx Photos
