Deleted account

My account is deleted can someone help me with this membership because I can not download my free apps or update my apps

If your account is deleted all the previous apps are tied to that account so you will not be able to update them. You also will need to log into your new account. It is rare for Apple to delete an account, did you request this?

Without a valid Apple ID & password and a valid credit card, you cannot download anything.
