Payment Issues

When I try to update my CVV it says its been declined. EVERYTHING is correct, the last four of the card number, I re entered the expiration and also the CVV. When I try to remove it it says it cant because an organizer has to have a payment method. When I try to add a payment method it says that it cannot because there is already a payment that needs verified. I am going in circles here and cant get what I need done!

Try adding the new card and removing the old one via https://appleid.apple.com/account/manage


If that also doesn't work contact iTunes Support and see if they can help you do it :  http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww  (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
