On the school iPad, children activated the iPad on their Apple ID and forgot it, now i a school administrator I want to contact support and unlock devices, but the site is down.

The support site in Ukraine is down, through VPN it was possible to connect and chat with the support service. They advised either to reset the password through the site or through an authorized partner. The question is still open
