Apple ID payment info update to sync to iphone

Hi, I was unable to update my Apple ID payment info directly on my phone as it required confirmation of the old detail, but that card is blocked. Instead I updated the info to the new card on my computer, but it does not sync to the iPhone. How do I get the info on my phone updated?

I tried to restart my phone as well as logging out and back in to the Apple ID on the phone.
