Have you recently updated your iPhone?
Configuring Do Not Disturb:
- Disable Do Not Disturb: Go To: Settings > Do Not Disturb > Disable Do Not Disturb
- Allow Calls from Everyone: Go To: Settings > Do Not Disturb > Allow Calls From > Select Everyone
