Unable to reset my Apple ID password.

I have recently tried to login to apple id but unable to login.

I created another Apple id and i signed out from the earlier ID from apple store and logged into the new one . but now i am unable to update any apps which were installed using the previous Apple id,


How to reset the password for my previous password.. there is no option to reset. Apple is asking me to contact but i didnt get any response on any process or steps how to reset my password.


I want to get the password reset for my previous Apple id. Please help.

You aren't getting a reset option : If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support ? Have you tried contacting Support again : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’) ?
