Apple ID password resetting. In need of genuine help

I’m not able to reset my Apple ID password even after possibly trying everything. There’s always a problem in one way or another. Please if you have any ideas :)) please please please. I’m neither able to download nor update apps

What happens when you try? Error message(s)? Have you tried using the I forgot password to do a reset?

Enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.
