Unable to reset Apple ID

I can not reset my Apple ID. It keeps looping me around to reset but then When I get to Password security it asked for my Apple ID password which I do not know.

How do I reset my password? It does not appear there’s any phone number to call for Apple support.

If you forgot the Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option if necessary. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
