When i text someone it is showing up on my husbands iphone and when he takes a photo it is showing up on my phone. HOw do I stop this?

It sounds like you are sharing an Apple ID. Apple ID’s are not meant to be shared. One of you should keep the current Apple ID and the other should create their own Apple ID. Then you can set up Family Sharing in order to share purchases content.
