Name on the awards in my activity app

On my awards I have some another name insted mine. I don’t know how to change it?

Launch the Apple Watch app on your iPhone.
Tap on My Watch to access the Watch-specific settings.
Tap on General, then About and then Name.
Delete the current name and type in the new name you want to use.

I have done as you sagest.. But Everything is the same. In general is my name but on awards still is another name.

I don’t know how is it possible.
