Second Apple ID—shareable between a group?

Hi,

How do I make a new Apple ID that's shareable between three separate/independent Apple users?

We have a podcast and want an independent Apple ID that each of us three podcast members can access from our own Apple devices. We want this Apple ID independent of any one of our own (existing) Apple IDs so that it doesn't get intertwined with our personal information.

Is this possible? Please explain!
