Apple ID

Bought a phone of a person and turns out they blocked me so i have no contact with them and they have an activation lock on the phone with their apple ID. Wondering how i can go around it.

There is no work around. If you can't get the person to remove their ID and the Activation Lock, the phone is useless.

what can I do about activation lock what can I do about activation lock if the person I purchased the phone from is not the person whos apple id is signed into the devise? Can apple contact them for me?

There is no work around. If you can't get the person to remove their ID and the Activation Lock, the phone is useless.
