Can I get my bent iPad Pro fixed at Apple store if I got it from Best Buy?

You can go to your Apple Store or Best Buy. Best Buy is now an authorized Apple repair provider.

But your iPad won't be fixed. Apple doesn't repair iPad's. If you don't have a valid AppleCare plan on the iPad a replacement will cost about 60% of the price of the device when new. If you have a valid AppleCare plan, the cost to replace your iPad will be $49.

Make sure you backup your iPad before you to to Apple or Best Buy.

If you are still under the return period, you maybe able to return this iPad for a refund and get another brand new unit.

With Apple, any Apple product can be returned for any reason witnin 14 days.

Should be able to get another brand new unit from Apple.

Not sure about BestBuy’s policy on return of damaged items.
