"Feature Sets" and "Job Log" options missing under "Printer Features" option in print dialog box

We're trying to print to a Richoh printer/copier, which requires a job log number. The Job Log option went missing from the print dialog in Mojave. A recent forum support answer said to look under "Printer Features", and choose Lob Log from "Feature Sets" (which include General, Job Log, and Unauthorized Copy Prevention). "Feature sets" does not appear under "Printer Features", and none of its sub-options appear (even when scrolling all the way down). "Printer Features does no appear with certain printers. Thanks for any insights!

Are you sure you have the printer configured correctly? On these professional multifunction printers, you have to do a manual printout from the printer of the entire configuration. That will list the location, model number, and any installed options. Then, when you setup the printer, you have to make sure to configure it to match what the printer actually has. Furthermore, you will have to do all of this using the Ricoh drivers downloaded from the Ricoh website. The built-in drivers are basic and may not have all of the optional features.
