Hello again Jeff Kagel1,
Thanks for the update.
On your Mac, open the FaceTime app, then choose FaceTime > Preferences. Click Settings, then uncheck "Calls From iPhone".
On your iPhone, go to Settings > Phone > Calls on Other Devices, then turn under Allow Calls on Other Devices, turn off "MacBook Pro".
Best Regards.

Hi Jeff Kagel1,
Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. I understand your phone calls are listed in your FaceTime app on your Mac. I'm happy to help you stop this from happening. Follow the steps in this article: Make and receive calls on your Mac, iPad, or iPod touch
Have a great day!
