My personal hot spot does not appear in choose a network

Head to Settings > General > About.

Wait a little if the cellular update appears. If it does, update.

If no, contact your carrier, cause they provide you with that option.

Not your Wi-Fi provider, they have nothing to do with a personal hotspot.

Your carrier, mobile phone service provider.
