Will my music library be accessable if I replace my phone

My iphone 6 is on its last legs, and I plan to get it replaced, same model, just one tat isnt broken, but i have an extensive apple music library, some of which cant be found on apple music as it dates back from the era of burning disks onto an itunes library, and then transfering them across onto devices. Obviously when I upgrade my device I wont have the music downloaded on the new phone, but when I log in with my apple ID, will my library be accessible to download as it would if I logged in to spotify on a new device?
