i cant hear voicenotes from whatsapp then i turn off microphone for whatsapp on settings and enable again i can hear the voicenotes again.. I did it and they said that I restarted the phone, and that solved the problem. Because I couldn’t hear any voice messages.

Since WhatsApp is not an Apple product, I would start with their support first.
