I have iPhone 7 it was restored now is locked and asking to update on the screen but I tried many times also with iTunes nothing changed..I can't open it or use it what to do please?
Describe locked? Carrier Locked, Activation Locked, forgot the passcode to get to the home screen locked? Are you seeing an error, and if so what does the error actually show?

the iPhone has been formatted and is now locked, on the iPhone screen I get a message that can only be used after a version update, I have actually tried to update version several times with the iTunes software, restored the iPhone again and again with iTunes, but it seems to me that the update is complete but returns to its predecessor "and is updated again and again "Without any change. I can't use it as long as the version hasn't been updated.
