I have an older iPhone 5? SE. It attempted to update, I think to IOS 14 and now it's locked up. When I connect it to iTunes, it says to update it, but it won't update. It also won't restore.

iPhone XR needs update but can’t get there My phone is completely reset but it wants me to update it but it can not please help me. Someone told me I can do an update on iTunes but my phones has no summary. And everytime I turn off the phone it still ask for an update.
