Not really. Apple only services iPads as complete replacements, including a battery service. Only Apple and their contract manufacturers have the equipment to “pair” the Touch ID to the logic board. They only do that for new iPads or when they refurbish them.

If you get an aftermarket screen repair and it breaks Touch ID, you’re pretty much on your own since that’s considered “unauthorized repair”. However, you could always ask if maybe Apple will accept your iPad for a service replacement.

Rbrylawski's reply is the correct one.

If you went and had a third party repair done to your iPad, you now need to go back to that repair shop to have them deal with any of your iPad issues from this time forward as Apple will no longer service or take any responsibility for that iPad, any longer.

You and that iPad are now on your own.

You will need to seek out third party repair shops to get your iPad fixed from now on.

Best of Luck to You!
