Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

About App purchasing

So I have got a situation here, my little sister she accidentally purchased something on app store I have noticed that app lately and deleted it without knowing that it was for money. And now I have message from my bank that insufficient funds and that how it should be because in that registered card I haven’t any money. Know I can’t update or download any app from the App Store. So the question is, is there some way that I can wrote to Apple to cancel purchase ? So it can work properly.

P.S I don’t remember the name of the app only know that it was purchased and downloaded in Sunday in August 4.

Purchases are considered final as you know, but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will cancel it as a one-off : http://reportaproblem.apple.com


Or you can try contacting iTunes Support via : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)


And if the app has a subscription you should log into the account and stop its auto-renewal, deleting an app only deletes the app.
