Notes on iPhone 5s & 6 does not sync with Mac

Basically i have 4 apple devices using the same icloud account. Unfortunately Notes on my iphone 5s & 6 does not sync with my Macbook & iMac. i have check all the setting in the icloud preference with all the devices. these are the list with what i have done for all the devices:

All devices using same icloud account
notes on iphone doesnt not store locally
enable icloud services for notes.
sign out all icloud account on all devices
restart all devices

i totally have no idea what else can be done to get notes on all these devices to sync to each other.

These are may device detail.

Iphone 5s : ios 10.42

Iphone 6 : ios 11.4.1

Macbook Pro : OSX 10.10.5

IMac : 10.10.5

Help me out please=(

Make sure that all of your notes are in the the correct folder in each device.

In the notes app you have two shorts of notes folders

'ICLOUD' Notes

and

'ON MY IPHONE' Notes

You're going to want everything to be in iCloud folder

Open Notes> Click Menu icon> Click Select Notes...> Click Move All> Click Notes Folder

MAKE SURE YOUR MOVING THEM TO RGE ICLOUD NOTES FOLDER

Also after you should go into:

***iPhone SETTINGS> NOTES> Default Account> iCloud***

So all future notes will sync simultaneously. All your thoughts, on all your devices, all the time.
