History button missing in safari after upgrading to iOS 12.4

After upgrading my iPad mini to iOS 12.4, I no longer see the history button in safari. I do not have private browsing turn on. I have restarted my iPad and checked the safari settings, but I have no clue to what is causing this. Has anyone else seen this issue?

Thanks,

You should be able to see your browsing history by clicking on the book icon in the top menu bar (next to forward/back buttons) and then by clicking the clock icon in the side bar.
