Cant Finish Update Apple ID settings

I changed my phone after my own phone died. New phone was updated and I login on the new one. Apple Id and Icloud worked totally fine until it requested Update Apple ID settings which required sign again (both Apple ID and pass code). Final step (which also is my problem) is the requirement of approval device (from other signed device). My own phone died and I am not able to approval from signed device. What should I do now? Much appreciate.
