When will my pending purchase go through? Before I noticed it might’ve not gone through because my card was running short on money for the purchases, but now that I have enough money on my card, when will the purchases go through?

If you view the payment details on the account are there any error messages ? Have you tried a different card ?
Have you tried adding it via your computer's iTunes and https://appleid.apple.com/account/manage ?
It keeps saying I have to verify my Paypal account when I already have multiple times. When I switch to my card, it says the payment failed.
You were successfully able to add the card to the account ?
Well before I removed it, now it’s not letting me add it and saying “can’t complete the transaction at this time”
Yeah, it still has the same error message “Unable to complete this transaction at this time”
