Pending
I’ve made 8 purchases on apple and they’ve been pending for a really long time. It says i need to update my debit card info but that won’t work. When will my purchases stop pending?

If you go into your card's online panel, you can accept pending purchases. Usually, they will expire after 24h or 7 days but some companies will never expire. If you can't accept pending purchases, you entered the wrong card details/fake card details.
