Lost music in itunes

I was trying to clear out the music on my Apple Music app but accidentally deleted everything from my iTunes Library. I tried to recover all my songs, but it seems only the ones in icloud seem to have returned. there are grayed out songs that I can't do anything with. Any help to get a full recovery (i.e. from a backup) would be very helpful
