delete permanent facetime out of the dock mojave

how can I delete FaceTime out of the dock?

I use Mojave and every Tim, when I start up my macbook Factime appears in the Dock an I find that annoying, so I would like to now a way to remove FaceTime permanently out of the dock, so it doesn't appear in the dock, when I start up my macbook. I want to remain FaceTime in launchpad, but not in the dock.
