Why I can't set auto lock to "never"?

I can't set auto lock larger than 2 minutes on my Iphone Xs Max (ios 12.4). I want to set it to "never". or 5 minutes. Is it possible?

Используете ли вы корпоративный Exchange-аккаунт на своем телефоне или имеете установленный профиль?

Да, посмотрел в настройках ограничения, накладываемые владельцем установленного профиля. Действительно, там выставлено максимальное время автоматической блокировки в 2 минуты.
