quicktime movie file extension .mov not supported

my laptop windows 10 when i try to import my iPhone video to adobe video maker .MOV not support

QuickTime movie files (.mov) is not work in my app, because the format requires software ... to the selection, performance, or use of third-party websites or products.

Change the Settings on your videos and photos to choose the "Most Compatible" format.

Currently your videos are using HEVC which is supported by Windows by maybe not from Adobe.
