Like AVI, MOV is a container format that can use any of several different compression methods, or codecs. Apps like VLC can be used to convert the codec to a format the receiving application can handle.
Change the Settings on your videos and photos to choose the "Most Compatible" format.
Currently your videos are using HEVC which is supported by Windows by maybe not from Adobe.
