Payment method

My iTunes payment method will not allow me to update my old Visa card with my new one.

itunes requests I validate my original Visa card but I cannot as it’s been cancelled. I cannot add new payment method as it tells me I need to validate the original Visa card first. I cannot remove original Visa card as I have family sharing and for purchasing requirements I have to have at least one payment method. What can I do?

Try adding the new card and removing the old one via https://appleid.apple.com/account/manage


If that also doesn't work contact iTunes Support and see if they can help you do it :  http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww  (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
