cannot load the new icloud terms and conditions

I tried to agree the new icloud terms and conditions which is required after creating a new id apple, but it does not work and it keeps loading. Then i tried to sign out the id apple of my phone, but it kept loading and did not work. So, now I cannot use my icloud. Hopefully, you can help me to solve this problem. Thank you.

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.


Try a restart.


Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch


Try a forced restart.


Reset Device


If necessary


Hard reset


Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.


Restore to Factory setting


Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup
